I HAVE THE RIGHT TO DENY SERVICE AND/OR CANCEL AN ORDER IF I SEE FIT

TURN AROUND TIME ⛧ 1 - 2 months tops

✦ Payment of orders of or above 75$ will be split 50% upfront, 50% upon receiving the final product. Otherwise, I'd personally prefer for a fully upfront payment.✦ You are free to cancel your order at any point, however you will only receive a full refund should this be during the base sketch period; if you cancel after you've confirmed the base sketch you will not be issued a full refund, instead you will be returned 50% of the agreed price.✦ All big changes must be discussed during the base sketch stage, once that is confirmed further revisions along the process will be charged for 20% of the base price✦ Descriptions, reference images and moodboards, including "crudely drawn" references, anything that could be used as a reference is welcomed; however, subjects without a detailed enough reference will be charged as a custom.✦ If you share my work in any social media, you are to credit me as the artist. Additionally, you are to not remove or otherwise tamper with my watermark (ei. block, crop, edit, etc.)✦ You are, under NO circumstances
allowed to use my designs and/or commissions in NFTs or any adjacent, this includes plugging them into AI programs.✦ Only use my works for personal use, if you wish to use them for any commercial subjects you are to communicate this with me and we may come to an agreement.
